Welcome to The Reboot Sanctuary.  Appointments available for Children, Adolescents/Teenagers and Adults.

When it comes to Counselling, this can be on your own or as a couple, family or group etc.  I also run group sessions which may be another option for you, where you can come along and join the group, either on your own or bring along anyone you wish to.   

 

Life, Business and Wellness Coaching is also available.  Again, this can be as an individual, group or there are also packages available to businesses.  All appointments are either mobile, virtual (video call) or phone call, this means you can choose to have your appointment in the comfort of your own home, at your work place or a place you feel safe and comfortable to talk... more details can be given on request.  As appointments are available virtually, this also means that no matter where you are in the world, appointments are available to you!

 

I also have a range of therapeutic therapies available... Currently I offer Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Cupping Massage Therapies.  All of which can help with your aches and pains, many ailments you may suffer from as well as help with relaxation and self care, if you would like more details on how they may help you please fill out the contact form and I will get back to you ASAP... Throughout the year I will hold a small number of events where I speak about many issues from Mental Health to Domestic Abuse, Eating Disorders and much more, details can be given on request.

Bookings can be taken from businesses/schools/clubs etc where I can give talks on a range of issues including Mental Health, Bullying and much more.

 

Business support packages have now been added, these include supporting staff members in the event of any Bullying (both sides), with any Mental Health struggles, if mediation is required between staff members and/or management....and more.
